Morgan Properties is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Manager for its 768-unit Blair Mill Village East community in Horsham, Pennsylvania. The role supports and helps oversee maintenance operations, including work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, scheduling, inventory, building inspections, and emergency on-call availability. The position manages and mentors technicians and make-ready staff, provides troubleshooting across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and exterior structure, and requires at least three years of maintenance experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with paid rotating on-call participation.
