Description
Landsman is hiring a full-time Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to support resident service requests, preventative and emergency maintenance, capital improvements, building-system repairs, seasonal work, and maintenance-team activities. The role requires at least three years of multifamily or construction-site management experience, prior experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and building systems, snow-removal experience, on-call availability, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
