Description
CoreCivic is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to assist in directing, scheduling, and managing personnel responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building structures and systems in an institutional, secure setting. The role oversees work orders and projects, supervises maintenance staff and assigned inmates or residents, inspects completed work and facility conditions, and ensures compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and applicable procedures. The position pays $26.28 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED, four years of general construction or plant/institutional maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and Microsoft Office experience; supervisory experience and knowledge of building systems are preferred.
