Description
The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor maintains and repairs apartment property buildings and grounds, completes service requests and make-ready units, supervises vendors and contractors, maintains preventive maintenance schedules, manages supplies and equipment, responds to emergencies, and supports the Maintenance Supervisor. The role requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills; computer proficiency; and potentially Yardi, Entrata, or HappyCo knowledge. Three years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred, and weekend work may be required.
