Description
Harbor Group Management Company is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for its multifamily division. The role performs and supervises general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, and other repairs; responds to resident service requests; tracks work orders; trains and supervises maintenance staff; schedules in-house and vendor work; and performs preventive maintenance. The position requires at least two years of multifamily property maintenance experience, general maintenance expertise, customer-service and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, emergency on-call availability, and a valid driver’s license.
