Description
Camden's Assistant Maintenance Supervisor assists the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the overall maintenance of multifamily communities. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling maintenance activities, prioritizing service requests, performing preventative maintenance, preparing vacant apartments, managing the make-ready process, responding to service requests, ensuring community upkeep, accurately recording services, providing excellent customer service, identifying and reporting safety hazards, assisting with staff training, managing supply inventory, and supporting groundskeeping and other assigned tasks.
