Camden is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for full-time onsite maintenance work in the Denver market. The role assists the Maintenance Supervisor with scheduling and prioritizing service requests, making apartments ready for move-in, performing repairs and preventative maintenance, managing inventory, supporting groundskeeping and housekeeping, and training maintenance staff. Candidates need a high school diploma and some college or trade school, at least one year of general maintenance experience with six months of apartment maintenance experience, EPA Type I, II, or Universal certification, and the ability to perform tile work, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, appliance, pool, and other community-system repairs.
