Description
The Assistant Maintenance Technician cleans and maintains assigned residential and apartment properties, performing interior and exterior cleaning, sanitation, grounds care, inventory stocking, and basic maintenance such as painting, lock changes, minor repairs, and work orders. The role also assists with turnovers, snow removal, tenant improvements, and reports equipment or property issues. It requires a driver’s license, automobile, and insurance, and prefers a high school diploma, relevant maintenance or hospitality experience, and English-Spanish communication skills.
