Description
The Assistant Maintenance Technician will support a Lead Maintenance Technician in maintaining multifamily properties across Spring Branch and Greenspoint. Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs; completing work orders; preparing vacant units for residents; maintaining maintenance areas; participating in on-call rotations; and providing customer service. The role requires AC certification, multifamily or residential maintenance experience, basic building-system knowledge, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
