Description
The Assistant Maintenance Ambassador Supervisor assists the Maintenance Ambassador Supervisor in managing the maintenance team, ensuring completion of essential maintenance functions, evaluating team strengths and weaknesses, managing incentives, and supporting community and customer-service standards. The role performs corrective, preventative, and emergency maintenance; appliance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, HVAC, and community-equipment repairs; and supports apartment turnovers. It requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting more than 40 pounds and operating powered equipment. Five or more years of maintenance experience in HVAC repair, preventative maintenance, appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire-safety equipment is preferred. The salary is $30–$35 per hour.
