Description
The Assistant Manager leads shifts and daily store operations at an RPM Pizza location, supporting the General Manager while delivering customer service, training Team Members, managing labor and scheduling, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, operating kitchen equipment, and helping achieve store performance goals. The role requires RPM training, food safety certification, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes hourly pay with bonus opportunities and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits for eligible Team Members.
