Required Previous Experiences: experience in financial accounting
significant reconciliation experience
leading teams of reconciliation analysts in FinTech, financial services, payments, or other high transaction volume industries.
Preferred Qualifications: Professional or commercial qualifications
experience managing and analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets, including using SQL and other reporting analytics tools.
Advanced MS Office/Google Suite tools capability, specifically Excel.
experience with reconciliation tools (e.g. Autorek)
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
