Description
The Assistant Manager partners with the General Manager to support overall store operations, including accounting, marketing, customer service, human resources, food service, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, labor budgeting, safety, and problem resolution. The role is hands-on, may cover the store in the General Manager’s absence, and requires retail management experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work varied shifts and physically demanding conditions.
