Description
The Assistant Manager partners with the General Manager to manage overall store operations, including accounting, marketing, customer service, human resources, food service, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, safety, and problem resolution. The role is hands-on, may cover the store in the General Manager’s absence, and requires retail management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work varied shifts and physically demanding conditions.
