Staples is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store sales, services, customer engagement, merchandising, and day-to-day operations. The role focuses on building customer loyalty, developing and coaching a high-performing retail team, achieving sales and profit goals, managing operational tasks with the General Manager, and serving as Floor Leader. Applicants need at least two years of retail or services sales-team management experience, strong customer service, communication, organization, planning, conflict-management, and adaptability skills, plus the ability to meet physical store requirements.
