Monro is hiring a full-time, hourly Assistant Manager for an automotive retail service and repair store. The role acts as a key holder and manager on duty when the Store Manager is absent or business demand requires it, supports store operations, helps meet service standards and profitability goals, and ensures teammates provide 5 Star customer service through clear communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions while meeting time and quality expectations.
