Description
The Assistant Manager – RON oversees the transition from daily to overnight aircraft maintenance operations, develops and adjusts the RON operational plan, balances workload and labor, coordinates with planning and operational teams, monitors parts and readiness, updates TOCS and AMIS logs, and evaluates performance against KPIs and dashboards. The role requires a bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience, an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license, at least three years of airline maintenance experience, and at least three years in a supervisory role. The base salary is $138,029.40 to $168,702.60, with eligibility for bonuses, long-term incentives, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and flight privileges.
