United Airlines is hiring an Assistant Manager – Aircraft Tooling to manage aircraft tooling portfolios, assess station requirements, allocate and control tooling, coordinate procurement and vendor relationships, oversee tooling logistics and inventory, support audits, and lead continuous-improvement and training initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience, line or base aircraft maintenance experience, aviation maintenance knowledge, tool-drawing interpretation, and strong leadership and communication skills. The base salary is $81,795 to $106,602, with eligibility for bonuses, long-term incentives, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and flight privileges.
