SBI Card is hiring a Sales Training Manager to oversee training for approximately 800 sales new-hire executives across a territory, using a team of 7–9 trainers and a blended classroom and mGurukul e-learning approach. The role manages new-hire orientation, mandatory and compliance training, trainer hiring and development, on-the-job training, productivity and certification targets, training dashboards, and stakeholder reporting. It requires 6–9 years of experience, including sales training and team management, along with classroom, coaching, LMS, workshop, communication, and Microsoft Office and MIS skills.
