Description
The Production Supervisor plans and monitors assembly-line activities, coordinates production schedules and shipments, analyzes records to improve manufacturing efficiency, identifies workflow bottlenecks, manages materials and tool inventories, trains and evaluates staff, recommends manpower, investigates production and quality issues, enforces safety and company policies, and supports continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or preferably an engineering degree, at least seven years of work experience including five years at the supervisory level or above, preferably in manufacturing, along with computer literacy, Microsoft Office, blueprint interpretation, tool and measuring-instrument knowledge, ISO 9001:2015 and statistical-tool familiarity, and leadership and communication skills.
