Description
The Assistant Manager leads valet teams at hospital entrances, delivers professional guest service, monitors service standards and patient-experience KPIs, and supports hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, cash-flow auditing, lot inspections, safety, and service recovery. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer-service and team-management skills, the ability to manage traffic and valet operations, and a valid driver’s license; compensation is $58,000 per year with a Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST schedule.
