Bar Patine is hiring an Assistant Manager to share final responsibility with the General Manager for the daily operations of its aperitif restobar in Utrecht. The role leads and develops the service team, manages staffing and recruitment, oversees guest experience and quality, monitors revenue, costs, margins, inventory, and orders, and handles operational, safety, hygiene, and compliance issues. The position requires hospitality leadership experience, commercial acumen, strong communication, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and an MBO level 4 or HBO qualification.
