Description
Seven Stars Bakery is hiring a full-time Assistant Café Manager to support daily café operations, lead and coach team members, manage scheduling and inventory, coordinate vendors, resolve customer concerns, and contribute to sales goals. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior food service, retail, or hospitality experience, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; supervisory or shift leadership experience, food safety familiarity, and union-workforce management experience are preferred. Applicants must be able to work at any Seven Stars Retail location, with flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
