The role supports the Store Manager by coaching employees, helping achieve sales and financial KPIs, enforcing safety and compliance protocols, managing customer service and administrative tasks, and stepping into store leadership when the Store Manager is absent. The position requires intermediate leadership, customer service, negotiation, conflict resolution, financial management, Microsoft Office, and work health and safety knowledge, with a preferred business diploma or degree.
