Description
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cleanliness, customer service, staffing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and P&L goals. The role also involves recruiting and training teammates, coaching staff, resolving escalated guest concerns, and contributing to marketing and new product initiatives. Candidates need 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience, must be at least 18, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be available for up to 50 hours per week; ServSafe certification is preferred or obtainable within 90 days.
