Country Bank is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for its Retail Banking team. The role supports the Retail Banking Officer by coaching and developing staff, managing banking-center operations and scheduling, overseeing customer service and sales performance, and handling account servicing, lending, mortgage, commercial loan, cash management, and merchant-service referrals. The position also requires opening and closing banking centers, processing transactions, maintaining compliance, and working weekends as scheduled. A high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of banking experience, coaching and supervising experience, a Notary Public license, lending origination skills, and Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System registration are required; an associate’s degree or equivalent banking experience is preferred. The pay range is $50,000 to $63,000.
