Dandy is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Elmira store to lead team members, support the Store Manager, provide customer service, communicate on store operations and staff matters, and cover Store Manager duties when needed. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office proficiency, managerial ability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physical store work. Two years of retail experience is preferred, and the starting rate is $17.50 per hour with weekly pay.
