The role covers customer service, food preparation, inventory control, staff scheduling, team supervision and training, safety and sanitation, complaint resolution, performance improvement, and administrative tasks. Candidates should have fast-paced customer-service experience, preferably in food service, strong leadership and communication skills, food-safety knowledge, and be at least 18 years old.
