DCP Pizza, LLC (Domino’s Pizza franchisee) is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily shift operations, support customer service, control costs, maintain operational and safety standards, and help develop, train, and schedule team members in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role requires leadership, communication, basic math/computer ability, a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and insurance, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. It is an hourly non-exempt position with advancement contingent on training, performance, background clearance, and policy compliance.
