RPM Pizza, one of the largest Domino’s franchises in the United States, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store shifts and support daily operations across service, quality, cleanliness, staffing, safety, and customer experience. The role includes training and coaching team members, supporting scheduling and labor management, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, handling customer and team concerns, and assisting the General Manager with inventory, ordering, marketing, and performance goals.
