RPM Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead store shifts in a high-volume Domino’s franchise environment. The role focuses on customer service, team leadership and development, scheduling and labor support, food and store safety, sanitation, inventory, ordering, marketing and operational initiatives, and achieving store performance goals. It requires completion of RPM training, strong communication, food safety certification, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays while meeting physical demands associated with restaurant operations.
