Rainbow Pizza, a Domino's Pizza franchisee operating more than 60 locations across South Texas, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store operations during assigned shifts. The role oversees staffing, team leadership, inventory, cash and cost controls, food management, customer service, order processing, store cleanliness, paperwork, marketing, profitability, and opening or closing the store. Previous management or leadership experience is required, with restaurant or retail experience preferred.
