RPM Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead store shifts at a Domino’s franchise location. The role focuses on shift leadership, customer service, team-member training and coaching, scheduling and labor support, food safety and sanitation, inventory and ordering, equipment operation, and achievement of store performance goals. It requires candidates to be at least 18 years old, complete required RPM training, possess strong communication skills, and obtain food safety certification where required. The position is hourly, non-exempt, and includes nights, weekends, and holiday work based on business needs.
