RPM Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, run store shifts, lead and coach team members, serve customers, manage scheduling and labor, maintain inventory, cleanliness, safety, and food-service standards, and operate store equipment including ovens. The role is hourly, requires consistently working 40 or more hours per week, and offers competitive pay, bonus opportunities, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K program when applicable.
