RPM Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead high-volume Domino’s store shifts. The role focuses on customer service, team leadership and development, scheduling and labor support, food and store safety, inventory and ordering, operational and marketing initiatives, and achievement of store performance goals. It requires completion of RPM training, food safety certification as applicable, strong communication, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform the physical demands of restaurant operations.
