The role manages 3–30 employees, controls costs, inventory, and cash, handles customer service and orders, prepares products to company standards, performs deliveries, maintains cleanliness and grooming standards, and supports a safe, positive work environment. Candidates need team leadership ability, strong judgment, math and multitasking skills, a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, access to a reliable insured vehicle, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and must be at least 18 years old.
