Description
The Assistant Manager is a full-time, hourly restaurant management trainee who supports store operations while completing formal training toward a General Manager role. The position requires broad availability, including weekends, and may involve up to 55 hours per week across lunch, evening, and late-night shifts. Responsibilities and training cover customer service, people management, product preparation and quality, and inventory control; prior retail or restaurant experience is preferred, while pizza-making experience is not required.
