RPM Pizza, a large family-owned Domino’s franchise operating over 160 stores across Indiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store shifts, support the General Manager, train and coach team members, maintain service/quality/safety standards, and help drive store performance. The role includes scheduling support, labor and inventory management, customer and team issue resolution, operational and marketing initiatives, and requires participation in Domino’s/RPM training programs such as Pizza College.
