Rainbow Pizza, a Domino's Pizza franchisee with more than 60 locations across South Texas, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store operations during assigned shifts. The role oversees staffing, inventory, cash and cost controls, food management, paperwork, customer service, cleanliness, marketing, profitability, opening and closing procedures, and compliance with company policies. Candidates must be at least 18, flexible for varied schedules and inclement weather, able to communicate effectively, perform basic math, use order-entry technology, lead teams in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 25 pounds for the stated role requirements, and pass a criminal background check. Training is provided on the job.
