RPM Pizza, one of the largest Domino’s franchises in the United States, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, run shifts, coach Team Members, support customer service and store goals, and maintain safety, sanitation, and brand standards across high-volume restaurant locations. The role includes supporting scheduling, labor management, inventory, ordering, marketing initiatives, and partnering with the General Manager, with required participation in Domino’s and RPM training programs including Pizza College courses. Compensation is hourly with bonus opportunities and benefits for eligible employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
