RPM Pizza, one of the largest Domino’s franchises in the United States, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store shifts and support daily operations in a high-volume pizza store environment. The role focuses on customer service, team leadership, scheduling, labor management, food safety, sanitation, inventory, ordering, and implementing marketing and operational initiatives, while working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compensation is hourly with bonus opportunities and benefits for eligible team members, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
