RPM Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead shifts in high-volume Domino’s franchise stores. The role focuses on store operations, customer service, Team Member coaching and development, scheduling and labor support, food and workplace safety, inventory and ordering, marketing initiatives, and achieving performance goals. It requires completion of RPM training, strong communication, food safety certification where required, physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is hourly, non-exempt, and offers bonus opportunities and benefits for eligible Team Members.
