An Assistant Manager will lead assigned-shift store operations at a location on 11 E. Jackson St. in Morton, United States. The role supervises, trains, and supports employees; serves customers; manages cash, orders, phones, inventory, cleaning, and supplies; communicates operational issues to management; analyzes performance metrics; and resolves conflicts. Candidates should have leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food-service setting, strong communication, math, organizational, customer-service, cash-handling, and problem-solving skills, basic computer/POS experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work flexible schedules.
