Description
Assistant Manager role in training to become a store General Manager, requiring full-time commitment and extensive availability across lunch, evening, late night, and weekend shifts. The role is hourly, may require up to 55 hours per week, and involves formal training modules over six months to two years covering customer service, people management, product preparation and quality, and inventory control. Prior retail or restaurant experience is preferred, but no pizza-making experience is required.
