RPM Pizza, a large family-owned Domino’s franchise operating over 160 stores across Indiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store shifts, support the General Manager, and help drive service, quality, cleanliness, safety, and team performance. The role involves coaching Team Members, managing scheduling and labor, handling customer and staff concerns, overseeing inventory and ordering, and following Domino’s/RPM training and brand standards.
