RPM Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead store shifts at a Domino’s franchise location. The role involves customer service, team leadership, scheduling and labor management, inventory and cleanliness oversight, training and coaching, food safety, equipment operation including oven tending, marketing execution, and meeting store service and performance goals. This is an hourly position generally requiring 40 or more hours per week, with competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) program if applicable enrollment conditions are met.
