Description
The Assistant Manager leads Domino’s/RPM Pizza store shifts, supports the General Manager, delivers customer service, trains and develops Team Members, manages scheduling and labor, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, operates kitchen equipment, and helps achieve store performance goals. The role requires RPM training, food safety certification, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes hourly pay with bonus opportunities and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits for eligible Team Members.
