RPM Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead shifts in a high-volume Domino’s store. The role includes supervising and developing Team Members, delivering customer service, managing scheduling and labor, maintaining food safety and sanitation, handling inventory and ordering, operating kitchen equipment, resolving concerns, and supporting store performance and marketing initiatives. The position requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, completion of RPM training, food safety certification as required, and the ability to meet physical demands such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
