RPM Pizza, a large family-owned Domino’s franchise operating across Indiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store shifts and support daily operations. The role focuses on customer service, team leadership, training, scheduling support, food safety, cleanliness, inventory, and operational execution in a high-volume store environment. The position requires completing Domino’s/RPM training, being at least 18 years old (21 to drive), and holding food safety certification as required by local regulations.
