RPM Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead Domino’s store shifts in a high-volume environment. The role includes customer service, team member training and coaching, scheduling and labor support, food safety and sanitation, inventory and ordering, equipment operation, issue resolution, and implementation of marketing and operational initiatives. The position requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, successful completion of RPM training, and food safety certification where required.
